The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is the market conduct regulator of financial institutions that provide financial products and financial services, financial institutions that are licensed in terms of financial sector law, and the persons who are employed or appointed by those financial institutions.
2. Services We DO NOT Provide (FAIS Act Definitions)
We DO NOT provide any of the following regulated financial services:
Category I Financial Services (EXCLUDED):
Advising on financial products (Section 1(1)(a) FAIS Act)
Check the categories of financial services authorized
6. Consumer Protection Rights (FAIS Act)
Under the FAIS Act, consumers have the right to:
Receive advice that is appropriate to their needs and circumstances
Receive clear and understandable information about financial products
Complain to the financial services provider
Refer complaints to the FAIS Ombud if not resolved
Receive compensation for financial loss due to improper advice
